Oaks Court House

Oaks Court House was established to provide specific care for the Elderly and Elderly Mentally Ill people who are no longer able to live in the community.

Oaks Court House provides care for 41 residents 24 hours a day by experienced staff.

Long term and respite care is offered with pre-admission assessment highlighting specific or special needs followed by a 28 day review to highlight any alteration of care required.

Individual reviewable planned key worker programmes of care are agreed with residents and their relatives/friends to maximise each residents own potential.
