Leighswood House

Oaks Court House was established to provide specific care for the Elderly people experiencing differing forms of Dementia and Mental ill-health.

Referrals can be accepted via relatives, social workers or from hospital.

Leighswood provides care for 19 residents, 24 hours a day by experienced care staff.

Long term and respite care is offered with pre-admission assessment highlighting specific or special needs followed by a 28 day review to highlight any alteration of care required.

Individual reviewable planned key worker programmes of care are agreed with residents and their relatives/friends to maximise each residents own potential.
